12位金控大股東質押逾五成

根據金管會最新對外揭露的資訊，今年1月底止，金控公司董監事及大股東持股質押比率超過50%者，共有12位。

包括國泰金、開發金、玉山金、台新金、新光金、中信金及第一金等7家金控公司的12位董監事或大股東。

其中還有兩位董事及監察人，持股質押比率高達100%；持股質押比率九成以上的董監事或大股東，則有5位。

央行防通膨 3月定存單淨增618.6億元

根據中央銀行統計，自3月1日至19日，央行定期存單共計到期金額為2兆729.30億元，發行金額為2兆1,347.90億元，在此期間淨增加618.6億元，未到期餘額為6兆5,119.50億元。

央行定存單只對銀行發行，目的是回收銀行多餘資金，以免資金過度充裕、助長物價，央行發行的定存單餘額變化，可視為貨幣政策的緊縮或寬鬆的徵兆之一。

若央行增加定存單發行量，代表從市場上抽走更多資金，可視為緊縮貨幣，目的是防範通膨升溫。

中信金開發金台新金 董監質押逾 50%

根據金管會最新揭露的資料，到今年1月底止，16家金控公司全體董監事持股質押比例超過50%者，共有3家，包括中信金、開發金及台新金。

另有，有7家金控公司全體董監持股質押比率掛零，包括富邦金、兆豐金、國票金、永豐金、日盛金、合庫金及台灣金控。另有3家金控全體董監持股質押比率不到2% 。
