工業局推工業區能資源整合

為推動汽電廠能源供應服務，經濟部工業局去年輔導台塑旗下華亞汽電設置區域能源蒸汽供應中心，共設置3座容量分別為每小時50公噸的蒸汽鍋爐，投資金額共15億元。

工業局表示，由於油電成本日益墊高，若有廠商願意出售蒸汽，對於有需求的廠商而言，可不用自設鍋爐，省去燃料和人員費用，可以互利。

聯發科宣布合併晨星基準日二度展延

亞洲手機晶片龍頭聯發科（2454）18日宣布，因尚未取得中國大陸對合併晨星（3697）一案的許可，因此將合併基準日由原訂的5月1日展延到8月1日。

聯發科在去年6月下旬宣布合併晨星，中國大陸約在去年9月立案審查，法定審查期限為180天，原應在本月4日到期，但因適逢兩會期間，因而展延，聯發科只好宣布二度延後合併基準日。

聯發科合併晨星案 取得韓國同意

亞洲手機晶片龍頭聯發科（2454）宣布，韓國公平會已在18日公告通過該公司與晨星的合併案。

韓國公平會是在上周召開聽證會審查聯發科與晨星的合併案，會中通過雙方合併，並於18日正式公告，聯發科因此對外公告韓國這項審核結果。
