威剛去年EPS 3.04元 擬每股配息2.5元

記憶體模組廠威剛（3260）今日公布去年財報。去年每股純益3.04元，董事會決議每股將配發2.5元現金股息，以今天收盤價44元計算，現金殖利率5.7%。

威剛去年第4季受惠動態隨機存取記憶體 (DRAM)價格反彈，儲存型快閃記憶體 (NAND Flash)價格持穩，合併毛利率攀高至11.09%，比上季增加5個百分點，為去年高點，並帶動稅後純益達1.51億元，季增3.33倍，每股純益0.72元。

威剛去年合併毛利率達8.46%，較前年拉升2.41個百分點，稅後純益6.4億元，年增7.6倍，每股純益約3.04元；董事會決議，去年盈餘每股配發2.5元現金股息，現金殖利率5.7%。

展望未來，威剛表示，今年記憶體產業景氣將趨於健康，預期在產業生態重整後，營運可望穩定成長。
