斯里蘭卡第2座國際機場啟用

斯里蘭卡的第2座國際機場18日正式啟用。這座以斯里蘭卡總統拉雅帕克薩之名為名的國際機場位於首都可倫坡東南方165公里處，耗資2.09億美元，初期的旅客運輸量大約每年100萬人。（美聯社18日電）

鉅橡垂直整合 手台虹代銷旗下博威覆膜鋁板

為擴大印刷電路板鑽孔相關耗材的產品組合，鉅橡企業（8074）攜手台虹科技代銷旗下博威電子覆膜鋁板，期許雙方互蒙其利。

博威是全台最大軟性銅箔基板（FCCL）廠台虹科技持股58.13%，主要生產光學保護膜，去年也以換股方式取得潤通精密100%股權，跨入印刷電路板（PCB）產業中硬板（Rigid PCB）、積體電路（IC）基板極具前景的耗材鋁蓋板。

台虹表示，潤通是國內主要鋁蓋板的專業廠商，博威專攻光學保護膜，同時具備各式精密塗佈代工專業能力，考量彼此未來策略發展所需，交換股份以結合雙方資源、降低營運成本，達到規模經濟及提升競爭力。

台虹指出，博威近來營運漸入佳境，與鉅橡合作，彼此可互蒙其利。

鉅橡也強調，與博威雖是首度合作，預期達到整合PCB鑽孔耗材產品組合，維持通路優勢，發揮營運綜效。

鉅橡主要生產PCB製程所須耗材墊片，去年在調整產品結構奏效，營運將有明顯成長，尤其新型墊板取得專利加持，上蓋板將出貨韓系手機大廠。

鉅橡去年合併營收10.95億元，比前年衰退8.67%；前3季稅後純益6,512萬元，每股稅後純益1.22元，年增率各為79.17%、79.41%。

德宏18日執行庫藏股 首日收盤上漲0.1元

德宏工業（5475）董事會決議，為維護公司信用及股東權益，18日至5月17日買回庫藏股，首日股價上漲0.1元，收盤價8.76元。

德宏預訂買回庫藏股1萬張，每股價位介於6.5元至11元，前一交易股價下跌0.08元，收盤價8.66元。

德宏尚未公布2012年財務報表，董事會決議盈餘用來彌補虧損，擬不配發2012年股利。
