陸商務部：去年貿易摩擦額年增3.7倍

國際金融危機以來貿易保護主義逐漸升溫，應對貿易摩擦成為大陸面臨的艱巨任務。大陸商務部今日公布，2012年大陸遭遇貿易救濟調查77宗，涉案金額大幅上升至277億美元，分別年增11.6%和3.69倍。

香港信報報導，去年涉案金額升高的直接原因，則是歐盟對大陸太陽能光伏產品發起的「雙反」調查案件，金額高達204億美元。 大陸商務部公平貿易局調查專員宋和平周一在新聞發布會上稱，當前及今後一個時期，大陸面臨的貿易摩擦已呈現常態化、複雜化趨勢；同時，貿易摩擦將貫穿大陸從貿易大國，走向貿易強國的全過程，應對貿易摩擦是一項長期而艱巨的任務。 他又稱，在2009至2012年期間，大陸共遭遇貿易救濟調查案件328宗，涉及出口金額534億美元，並呈現涉案金額攀升、多種救濟措施並用、貿易救濟措施政治化、影響擴大化等新特點。 同時，出席同一新聞發布會的商務部新聞發言人姚堅透露，今年第1季大陸共遭遇12個國家發起的貿易救濟調查22宗，年增22.2%；而涉案金額9.63億美元，較去年同期的26.36億美元有較大幅度的下降。

報稅年度中結婚 可選擇單獨申報

財政部中區國稅局表示，個人於年度中結婚或離婚，配偶於該年度有所得者，5月報稅時可自行選擇與配偶分別或合併辦理結算申報。但結婚年度以後或離婚年度以前的其他年度，納稅義務人及其配偶，仍應依所得稅法第15條規定，合併申報繳稅。

國稅局說明，若選擇合併申報綜所稅，有關薪資所得部分，可採分開計算稅額，由納稅義務人合併報繳，計算方式有三種：一、夫妻薪資所得全部合併計算；二、將配偶的薪資所得分開計算；三、將納稅義務人本人的薪資所得分開計算。

北韓問題，國安基金密切觀察
