日股散戶搶搭多頭列車

華爾街日報報導，日股散戶買盤踴躍，已成為央行對抗通縮的生力軍，日銀上周宣布提振經濟的大膽寬鬆措施，目標之一就是吸引投資人「錢」進股市。

隨著日本薪資與資產價格停滯不前，數年來日股跌勢已成惡性循環，投資人規避風險，把錢存進銀行，遠離股票等高風險資產，限制了日本企業在資本市場籌資的能力，拖累整體經濟。

日本散戶投資的潛在成長率驚人，根據日銀與聯準會（Fed ）數據，日本家庭儲蓄名列全球最高之林，現金與銀行存款約8.9兆美元，人口兩倍多的美國則只有7.7兆美元。

日圓上周跌幅三年來最大

日本銀行（央行）上周宣布超乎市場預期的寬鬆措施後，日圓兌美元匯價創逾三年來最大跌幅，兌歐元則出現2010年9月來最大跌幅。

在日銀總裁黑田東彥上任來首次主持的政策會議中，日銀決定將債券收購規模增加一倍，擴大至7.5兆日圓（770億美元），遠高於市場預估的5.2兆日圓，同時暫停部分債券持有上限規定和取消債券到期日限制，還設定以兩年時間達成通膨率2%的目標，力圖終結長達15年的通貨緊縮。

美國銀行（BofA）貨幣策略師柯奇諾說，央行決策「超出市場預期，是日圓的大利空，會有較長期的流量影響。事實上，美國的就業數據非常疲弱，但美元兌日圓沒有大幅走貶，極具深意。」

食物價跌 3月CPI年增率估1.8%-2.08%

行政院主計總處下周一將公布3月消費者物價指數 (CPI)，由於年後物價回穩，肉類蔬菜等食物價格下跌，研究機構預期3月CPI年增率1.8%-2.08%之間。永豐金控首席經濟學家黃蔭基表示，農曆年後餽贈保母、旅遊團費、計程車資與菜價都明顯回跌，衣著類價格也因為換季折扣而下跌，加上近期國際油價因市場氣氛謹慎而走低，這些因素都有助於穩定物價，3月預估CPI年增率降至2.08%。渣打銀行首席經濟學家符銘財表示，3月CPI年增率不會再像2月那麼高，主要原因是食物價格平穩，過完年後肉類菜類價格回穩，雜項類也下來了，估計3月CPI年增率為1.8%。
