央行舉辦人民幣業務法規及清算說明會

中央銀行今天上午舉辦人民幣業務法規及清算說明會，計有68家銀行，約300餘人參加。央行與中國銀行台北分行代表對與會者所提相關問題均充分回應。

央行指出，為進一步擴大人民幣跨境貿易業務，及增進人民幣清算效率，央行放寬相關規定，擴大預收付貨款項目得為企業跨境貿易平倉之範圍，放寬發票或提單正、影本及銀行掣發單證得為跨境貿易平倉之憑辦文件等。

為確認跨境貿易真實性，銀行應採取允當之「認識你的客戶KYC」程序。此外，人民幣清算行（中行台北）將於近期推出以清算行人民幣定期存款為質押基礎之日間透支服務，加強港台間離岸清算運作服務；並就參加行匯款作業提出改善建議，以提升參加行資金運用、收益及匯款效率。
